About sara tsilipounidakis
Sara Tsilipounidakis is a Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of clinical experience supporting adolescents and adults across the full spectrum of nutrition care. Her work includes eating disorder recovery and chronic dieting, weight concerns, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiometabolic health (including high blood pressure and cholesterol), sports nutrition, and general medical nutrition therapy.
Sara brings a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and whole-person
lens to nutrition counseling. Her clinical background spans outpatient, PHP/IOP eating disorder treatment, public health nutrition, and private practice. She is a co-author of The Nuanced Nutrition Curriculum, a shame-free, non-diet educational resource developed by dietitians, therapists, and educators to support body trust and food literacy across the lifespan.

Over time, Sara’s work has expanded beyond food alone to include the role of stress physiology, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and meaning-making in health and healing. In addition to evidence-based nutrition therapy, she is a Certified Holy Fire® Reiki Practitioner and integrates energy awareness and mindfulness practices when appropriate and desired by the client.
Sara’s approach is grounded, collaborative, and integrative, honoring the body as both biological and deeply responsive to lived experience. She works closely with other providers to support clients whose goals include physical rehabilitation, pain management, recovery from illness or injury, and sustainable behavior change.
Sara's approach includes:
Divine Nourishment™: everything you take in: food, thoughts, conversations, and environments that feed your soul.
Practical + Spiritual Support: meal coaching, therapeutic outings, and nutrition guidance integrated with energy work and intuitive insights.
Safe, supportive spaces: for recovery, recalibration, or deep transformation.
I work with anyone ready to explore life through a soul-centered lens - helping them bloom into their fullest, most aligned selves.
mission: to help you nourish not just to “be better,” but to be happy, grounded, and vibrantly alive in body, mind, and spirit.
