About raquel Devila
Raquel Davila is a Certified Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular & Manual Therapy Specialist trained at the National Holistic Institute.
She provides movement-focused therapeutic bodywork designed to relieve pain, restore function, and support long-term wellness.
Raquel creates an interactive, client-centered experience, collaborating with each individual to release restriction, restore functional movement, and support meaningful, lasting change within the body.
With a strong athletic background—including semi-professional roller derby—she brings a deep understanding of biomechanics and performance to her work, supporting clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention, sports performance, and whole-body functional wellness.

Raquel’s work is grounded in the understanding that pain relief and functional movement are deeply connected. Her sessions integrate neuromuscular therapy, fascia-focused manual techniques, and assisted stretching to support both immediate relief and long-term structural balance. Each session is collaborative and movement-aware, addressing not only symptoms but the underlying patterns that contribute to restriction, compensation, and discomfort.
